Here are a few tips for finding the best deals in the Topanga Real Estate market. First you want to find homes for sale that has been on the market longer than 90 days. Then you want to see a consistent pattern of price reductions. That’s what I call motivated seller and here are a few that fit the criteria. OLP is old listing price and DOM is days on market.
